Guarda is a non-custodial service that does not store any of our customers’ private information: private keys, backup files, or passwords. Due to this, we are unable to help you recover your lost password - we have no way of knowing what it is.
If you have your private keys saved separately, you can create a new Guarda wallet and import back all of your currencies. You can read how to do that here.
Please be extremely careful about how you manage your password so as to avoid losing it.
